What I do

I plan and deliver digital projects for organizations. I’m often working inside existing systems, helping you think through what needs to change and carrying that through within constraints.

The scope can vary. Sometimes it’s website changes or ongoing maintenance. Other times it’s helping bring order to a larger digital project that needs direction and measured follow-through.

Often it’s not clear what to do next, or things have grown complicated over time. I’ll help sort out what’s already there, where improvements make sense, and what’s better left alone.
